1. Do I have to post my Before and After to Social Media?

Absolutely not. While we appreciate clients who allow us to share their remarkable progress, we respect your privacy. We always seek permission before posting any client results.

2. What are your Hours of Operation?

Personal Training is available Monday to Friday, from 5 am to 9 am and 4 pm to 9 pm. Fit Camp sessions are on Saturdays from 9 am to 10 am.

3. What is included in the program?

Our program includes a personalized meal plan, dedicated trainer support, tailored workouts, nutrition advice, complimentary Fit Camps on Saturdays, and access to our motivational group chat.

4. How do I get started?

Join our Waitlist! Due to high demand, we operate on a waitlist system. You can sign up for our Priority Waitlist to expedite the process. We’ll contact you in the order received.

5. Is it group or one-on-one training?

Our training sessions have a maximum of two clients per trainer, ensuring personalized attention to each client’s goals.

6. Is there a contract?

No, our program operates on a month-to-month basis, offering flexibility without long-term commitments.

7. Will I work with the same trainer each time?

Yes, you’ll have a dedicated trainer at Elite Technique. However, our team collaborates, so you may receive input from other trainers as well.

8. Can I pay weekly or bi-weekly?

All payments must be made in full for the month before commencing sessions.

9. How long are the sessions?

Each session is 30 minutes long.

10. Do I come at a set time or whenever?

Clients are assigned a set time, but our trainers offer flexibility for rescheduling when needed.

11. How soon can I see results?

Most clients see results within the first month, although individual results may vary.

12. Which package is recommended based on my goals?

Packages are based on how quickly you want to achieve your goals, not the goals themselves. Any package will work; it’s a matter of pace.

13. What does the meal plan consist of and how does it work?

Our balanced meal plan includes protein, complex carbs, sugars, and fats. We provide customized meal options and portion sizes tailored to your preferences.

14. How soon can I start?

You can start as early as the next day, depending on registration time.

15. What if someone in the Gym has Covid?

We advise following CDC guidelines and getting tested if you suspect exposure to COVID-19. However, we cannot disclose the health status of clients or trainers.

16. Can you accommodate my irregular work schedule?

Yes, we’re flexible. While clients are assigned a set time, trainers accommodate schedule changes where possible.

17. What happens if I miss a day?

While trainers have the discretion to forfeit missed sessions, we strive to accommodate missed sessions by rescheduling.

18. What if I have to travel?

We extend session expiration dates for clients who travel, provided proof is provided, such as a plane ticket or hotel stay.

19. What happens in case of a medical emergency?

Sessions are extended for clients with medical emergencies upon presentation of a doctor’s note. Similarly, travel-related extensions are granted with appropriate documentation.
