Do I have to post my Before and After to Social Media?
A: Absolutely NOT. As much as we appreciate the clients who have allowed us to post their amazing results we do have some clients who prefer not to be posted. We ask each client if we have permission to post before doing so, and we respect the decision not to post.
Hours of Operation?
A: Personal Training is Mon-Fri, 5am – 9am and 4pm – 9pm. Boot camp is Sat 9am -10am
What policies have you put in place for Covid?
A: We are taking temperatures at the door. Sanitizing every 30 minutes. Client’s must wear gloves and bring a beach or bath towel to prevent touching equipment.
What is included?
A: A meal plan. You get partnered with a trainer who holds your hand throughout the entire process. They put you through workouts that are catered towards your goals and modify your meal plan as needed. We give you nutrition advice throughout your process. You get FREE boot camps which are on Saturday mornings at 9am. We also add you to our group chat room where we post motivation quotes and fitness tips.
How do I get started?
- Download our Elite Technique app from the app Store. Create an account. Click Buy to register for your personal training package. Once registered you can call or text us at 240-583-0303 so we can get you scheduled. You can also register right on our website HERE and we will reach out to you. If you still have more questions you can sign up for an over the phone consultations.
Is it group or 1 on 1 training?
A – There are no more than two clients to a trainer. Each client will have workout catered to their goals.
Is there a contract?
A – Our program is month to month. We fully believe in the service we offer. This is why we do not want to lock a client into any long term agreement.
Will I be working with the same trainer each time or multiple trainers?
- You will be working with the same trainer throughout your time at Elite Technique. However, we are a close team so don’t be surprised if another trainer offers some pointers or tips.
Do I get to pick my trainer?
A – No, at Elite we pick the trainer for you. All of our trainers are certified and go through an orientation process with us so they know how we train and how to fully execute our program. So you can rest assured knowing you are getting the same style of training no matter which trainer you train with. However, if you do not like the trainer we place with you. You do have a one time opportunity to change to a trainer of your liking.
Can I pay weekly or bi-weekly?
A – All payments have to be made in full for the month before starting any sessions.
How long are the sessions?
A – Each session is 30 minutes long.
Do I come at a set time or whenever?
A – Each client is given a set time. However, our trainers are good at offering flexibility if you need to reschedule.
How long will it take to see results?
A – You will see results in your first month. The amount of results will vary.
Which package would you recommend based on my goals?
A – The package isn’t based on your goals. The package is based on how fast you would like to hit your goals. No matter your goal, any package will work. It is just a matter of how fast you want to hit it. The more days you train the faster the results.
What does the meal plan consist of and how does it work?
A – We have a balanced meal plan that includes protein, complex carbs, sugar and fats. We tell you what to eat and how much to eat for each meal through the day. We give options for you to customize to your preference.
How soon can I start?
A-You can start as early as the next day. Depending on the time of your registration you can sometimes start the same day.
What if someone in the Gym has Covid?
In light of the current COVID-19 Pandemic and the evolving conditions of the pandemic due to the various virus variants (delta strain) – We always recommend clients get tested according to CDC guidelines if they feel, suspect or believe that they have been exposed to COVID-19 in any environment including Elite Technique Gym. Due to legal constraints we can not disclose any healthcare status of clients or trainers including COVID-19 Status. If you are concerned about COVID-19 exposure- We strongly recommended you get tested at your earliest convenience per CDC guidelines.
I do not have a set work schedule. Will you be able to accommodate me?
A – Yes, as long as you are flexible we are flexible. We do have to put you in the system for a set time. However, you will have to communicate with your trainer as you go and they will accommodate you where you can fit. A client must be set for the same time each day in our system.
What happens if I miss a day?
A – Our trainers do hold the ability to forfeit a client’s missed session. However, we normally work with a client. As long as you are committed we are committed to working with you through mistakes. We will try to reschedule to another day or time let you make up the session. We are flexible with our clients. If you are a 5 day client, we usual do a 1 hour session to make up for the missed day. We normally work two totally separate muscle groups like legs and arms so you do not get too burnt out.
What happens if I have to travel?
A – Our program is geared around travel schedules since we have a lot of clients who travel for work. Normally a client’s session would expire after 30 days. However, if you travel your sessions will get extended. You just have to show prove of travel such as a plane ticket or hotel stay. This also applies to medical emergencies.
What happens if I have a medical emergency?
A – Our program is geared around medical emergencies. Normally a client’s session would expire after 30 days. However, if you have a medical emergency your sessions will get extended. You just have to show prove of medical emergency such as a doctor’s note. This also applies to travel.
