Elite Technique LLC (“Elite Technique,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information obtained through our website, Mindbody forms and accounts, personal training services, communications, and text-messaging programs.

This may include your:

  • Mailing address

  • Emergency-contact information

Account and Service Information

This may include:

  • Training location

  • Trainer assignment

  • Appointment and attendance information

  • Training-package information

Health and Fitness Information

When voluntarily provided, we may collect information relating to your fitness goals, exercise history, injuries, physical limitations, health considerations, measurements, progress, and other information reasonably necessary to provide personal training services.

Payment and Transaction Information

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. Elite Technique may receive information regarding your transaction, payment status, package, and billing history. We generally do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Technical Information

When you use our website or online services, we may collect information such as your device type, browser type, IP address, pages visited, form submissions, and related technical information.

2. How We Use Information

Elite Technique may use collected information to:

  • Create and manage client accounts.

  • Schedule and administer personal training services.

  • Communicate about appointments, sessions, packages, payments, service changes, and account matters.

  • Send feedback requests and client-experience surveys when the client has consented to receive such messages.

  • Send promotions, discounts, reactivation offers, new-service announcements, and other marketing communications when the client has separately consented to receive marketing messages.

  • Respond to questions, complaints, and customer-service requests.

  • Personalize and improve our services.

  • Maintain business, consent, transaction, and compliance records.

  • Protect our clients, personnel, systems, and business.

  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal proceedings, and governmental requests.

3. Text Messaging and Mobile Information

Elite Technique may offer recurring SMS or MMS text-message programs for:

  1. Feedback surveys and service-related communications; and

  2. Marketing and promotional communications.

Participation in either text-message program is optional.

Message frequency varies based on your training activity, account activity, survey schedule, and promotions. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

You may reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages or HELP for assistance. You may also contact Elite Technique at 240-583-0303.

Consent to receive promotional or marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from Elite Technique.

Mobile Information Non-Sharing

Elite Technique does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text-messaging consent information with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide limited information to service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as Mindbody, telecommunications providers, text-messaging platforms, hosting providers, and customer-management providers. These service providers may use the information only to perform services for Elite Technique and may not use mobile information or SMS consent information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent is provided directly to Elite Technique and is not transferable to another business or sender.

4. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information:

  • To vendors and service providers working on our behalf.

  • To professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors when reasonably necessary.

  • To comply with applicable law, a subpoena, court order, governmental request, or legal process.

  • To enforce our agreements and protect the rights, property, or safety of Elite Technique, our clients, personnel, and others.

We do not permit third parties to use mobile numbers or SMS consent information for independent marketing or promotional purposes.

Elite Technique may retain records showing:

  • The mobile number submitted.

  • The date and time consent was provided.

  • The disclosure shown when consent was provided.

  • The consent category selected.

  • The form, webpage, or other method used to provide consent.

  • Changes to consent.

  • Opt-out requests and the date they were received.

These records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate consent, honor opt-out requests, resolve disputes, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link contained in the email.

You may unsubscribe from text messages by replying STOP. Elite Technique may send one final non-promotional message confirming the opt-out.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, contractual, security, accounting, consent-verification, or business-record purposes.

Elite Technique uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission, electronic storage system, or communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Information Concerning Minors

A parent or legal guardian must provide consent and complete applicable agreements for a client who is under 18 years old.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may link to or operate through third-party platforms, including Mindbody, payment processors, and communications providers. Those companies may process information according to their own privacy policies and their agreements with Elite Technique.

Elite Technique is not responsible for an unaffiliated third party’s independent privacy practices.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The revised policy will contain a new effective date and will be posted at the publicly available Privacy Policy URL.

Material changes affecting the text-messaging program will be communicated as required by applicable law.
